	Riggs Beer Co. - 6-Row Pils Style: Pilsner ABV: 5.00% IBU: 34.0 6-Row Pils is a beer born from two of our favorite things: lager beer and local ingredients. This pale lager is brewed with a blend of Riggs-grown 6-Row barley and whole kernel Riggs-grown White Corn. These traditional American brewing grains give 6-Row Pils its distinctive, yet balanced, flavor.

	Riggs Beer Co. - American Lager Style: American Lager ABV: 4.90% IBU: 17.0 This is our take on America’s most popular beer style. We use a large dose of non-GMO corn grown on our 5th generation family farm (located in Southeast Champaign County) to create this American classic. It’s fermented, conditioned, and lagered in our brewery for a full six weeks for an unbeatable smoothness.

Riggs Beer Co. - Barleywine

Barleywine is a very strong ale. In fact, it's pretty much the strongest style of beer. Our Barleywine is very unique due to the fact that we used 100% barley that was grown adjacent to the beer garden in its production. It has a sweet, fruity aroma that has hints of rum. The flavor is dominated by malty sweetness. The finish is spicy and fairly bitter. This beer will age well.

Riggs Beer Co. - Black IPL
Style: Black IPA
ABV: 7.30% IBU: 65.0

Roast. Coffee. Smoke. Pine. And black as night. It's appropriate that we're releasing this beer on the day of the winter solstice. We used a large dose of custom roasted Riggs-grown malted wheat to showcase a fresh roast character that commercially sourced grains simply can't deliver. For all of its upfront complexity, our use of Riggs-grown Corn and German Lager Yeast does its usual trick; this beer is dangerously drinkable. Our Black IPL is a perfect example of the seasonality of beer.

Riggs Beer Co. - Doppelbock
Style: Bock
ABV: 8.00% IBU: 18.0

Doppelbock is the quintessential strong German Lager. It delivers plenty of grain derived complexity; candied fig, caramelized molasses, dark toasted bread. But what makes Doppelbock so special is - in true lager fashion - it finishes surprisingly dry and clean. This is a traditional German recipe. We used 100 percent German ingredients and performed the old-school German mashing regimen; decoction. This big beer took three months to ferment and lager in our cellar. We took no shortcuts in bringing this iconic beer style to Central Illinois.

Riggs Beer Co. - Hefeweizen
Style: Hefeweizen
ABV: 5.20% IBU: 11.0

Hefeweizen is the most popular beer style of the southern German state of Bavaria for good reason. This wheat beer has a rich banana aroma, but finishes clean, slightly tart, and refreshing. Our brewmaster’s favorite beer style is Hefeweizen, which is probably why he took especially good notes on how to make it during his studies in Germany.

	Riggs Beer Co. - Helles Style: Lager ABV: 5.30% IBU: 18.0 Helles is the official beverage of Munich's beer gardens. Helles is light in color, but that doesn't mean that it lacks flavor. In fact, that's what makes Helles so special. It's floral and herbal hop aromas blend perfectly with a delicate sweetness. A grainy sweet flavor is followed by a dry, almost champagne-like finish.

Riggs Beer Co. - Maibock

Maibock is a German springtime lager. First off, it should be noted that this is a *strong* lager. Don't let its golden color fool you.... this is a 7.3% beer. It has a floral aroma and honey-like malt backbone. A gentle, warming alcohol character is the foundation of this beer. In true German Lager fashion, it has a crisp finish. Celebrate the coming of spring like the Germans.... have a Maibock.

Riggs Pilsner is a light, crisp, and refreshing beer. We used 100% German malted barley and noble German hops to create this summertime classic. It's hoppy, but not in the American sense. The Germanic hops give the beer a uniquely floral aroma and an elegantly bitter finish. It's no wonder why Pilsner is Germany's top selling beer style. And now you get to taste one at its peak of freshness.

Dark German malts are used to create a red color and subtle fruitiness. A healthy dose of American aroma hops accentuates the fruitiness and provide a refined bitterness that will leave you ready for another drink.

Riggs Beer Co. - Schwarzbier
Style: Schwarzbier
ABV: 5.40% IBU: 30.0

Schwarzbier, is German for "Black Beer". It is an extremely dark, well hopped, medium strength lager. Schwarzbier's complexity is derived from its heavy use of dark, roasted, and smoked barley malt. It's a roasty beer, with a hint of smoky sweetness that's balanced with a robust hop bitterness. Staying true to its German Lager heritage, it has an incredibly clean, crisp finish.

The aroma will remind you of bananas foster... rum soaked bananas and caramel. Our wheat beer yeast's spicy character helps to cut through the sweetness to deliver a thirst quenching finish.
