Style: Hazy IPA
ABV: 6.50% IBU: 7.0

The morning haze rises along the Isar River as it flows through Munich north to the Hallertau hop region. As the Isar sweeps under the lupulin-producing hop vines covering the bridges and trellises, balance and harmony is achieved. Our ode to the Isar is a harmonious fusion of hefeweizen yeast blended into a hazy IPA using Mandarina Bavaria and Citra hops. The juicy result rings of grapefruit and mandarin orange with a hint of banana and an invigorating finish.

Our Oktoberfest is a traditional Märzen-style lager brewed using German malts with Magnum and Tettnang hops. We lager Oktoberfest for at least six-weeks to mature the moderately toasted bread flavors, smooth sweetness, and easily drinkable profile. Raise a toast for Oktoberfest!

Oktober Haze is an experimental creation that redefines all your conventions of a Hazy IPA. Enjoy all the juicy, floral flavors you expect from an IPA, but with an amber Märzen-like complexion. Brewed with a fruity English Ale strain and additions of Citra Spectrum, Sabro Cryo and Talus hops, it's the perfect beer for the Hazy IPA drinker to celebrate Oktoberfest.

Style: Bock (Lager)
ABV: 4.60% IBU: 17.0

Ain't nothin' phiner in the land than a mighty fine Bock beer in your hand. We teamed up with our Texas pals at Phở Cue to create a Texas-style Bock beer with a rich, semi-sweet flavor perfect for guzzling down with Vietnamese BBQ vittles. What makes Phiner Bởck, well, phiner is the long step mash using a touch of flaked corn for a well-attenuated body and finish. The crystal and chocolate malts give Phiner Bởck its reddish-brown color and semi-sweet malt signature. Phiner Bởck is fermented and lagered under cold temperatures until suitable for sippin’ at the saloon.

Seawalker White Gose immerses you into an ocean of unique flavors. Deeply invigorating, Seawalker is a kettle soured amalgamation of a Belgian Wit and a salty Gose brewed with orange peel, coriander, and kosher salt. We took an original White recipe using Wit yeast and infused German Gose elements to capture a light, profoundly refreshing beer designed to be enjoyed while active on a Summer day.

A Vienna-style lager masked like a luchador as a Mexican lager, El Tecolote is packed with Lupulin-concentrated Lemondrop hops for an extra citrusy punch. Our gift to Princess Therese, this traditional hefeweizen is made with malted and unmalted wheat with a touch of German hops. The result is light and crisp with a subtle tartness and a moderate ester profile of banana and clove from fermentation. It’s an appropriate tribute to the scientist and travel writer, Princess Therese of Bavaria, whose marriage prompted the celebration on the fields of Theresienwiese that became Oktoberfest.
