This vanilla milkshake IPA is the result of our successful collaboration with La Microbrewery in San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico. La Microbrewery is currently the only organic brewery in Mexico! They shared with SCMB one of their favorite ingredients, VANILLA! With 25 lbs. of lactose added to the boil along with Eldorado hops, this lusciously smooth brew is juicy with a sweet vanilla finish.

The sweet aroma and spicy flavor of the Fair Trade, Organic coffee beans are definitely present in this subtle porter. The beer has a crisp dry finish with a nose that will make you think you are sipping on a cup of coffee. The body is deep and rich with a hint of sweetness, but the smoky overtones of the Guatemalan coffee beans are clearly there.
