Last winter, we took our Doppelbock and filled bourbon barrels from a world renowned Kentucky distillery. After ten months in these old oak barrels, our Doppelbock picked up its alcoholic strength and immense flavor from the bourbon soaked staves. The strong vanilla and oak flavor profile perfectly compliments the chocolatey sweetness of our Doppelbock. Bourbon and beer lovers rejoice!
