	Soquel Cider - Apple and Plum Style: Cider ABV: 6.90% This cider is a delight to the senses. It is a blend of our gravenstein apple cider fermented with green gage plums. Unfiltered it gives you the taste of the tart plum with a smooth dry finish (not sweet!)

	Soquel Cider - Barrel Aged Cider Style: Cider ABV: 9.00% A still cider that we aged in rye whiskey barrels for 4 to 6 months, it has a nice oak flavor with the aroma of whiskey.

	Soquel Cider - Golden Sour #1 Style: Sour ABV: 5.60% A blend of several Saisons brewed over the past 2 years at the farmhouse. Limited release for SF Beer Week. Tart, dry, with a clean finish.

	Soquel Cider - Gose #2 Style: Gose ABV: 4.90% A light, funky gose with coriander and pink Himalayan salt aged in tequila barrels. Restrained acidity, the tequila barrels impart a slight smoky flavor that enhances the herbal profile from coriander without imparting any booziness.
