Merlin came to Chicago in pigeon form looking to satisfy his sweet tooth. He flew through the city chocolatizing everything in his path. To stop him from ruining the brewery, we presented our Pigeon Porter as a peace offering. He obliged and created the most creamy, chocolaty Pigeon Porter to date. So enjoy this fudgy delight for now... Before those god damn pigeons come back for more.

	Spiteful Brewing - God Damn Maple Syrup Pigeon Style: American Porter ABV: 8.20% The war on pigeons has gone international. We suited up in Canadian tuxedos and headed north, equipped with traps baited by poutine and butter tarts. While the surviving pigeons poured out some maple syrup for their homies, we brewed a batch of maple syrup pigeon porter for ours. Those hosers never stood a chance.

Using traditional English Amber malt we built a robust ale. But being the unruly American we are, we put our own hoppy twist on it. A late addition of Simcoe enhances the roasted character with a resinous aroma. One pint of this delightful porter will take your mind off the everyday nuisances of city life, from Chicago to London especially these f-ing pigeons!
