It was brewed with soursop fruit, khorasan (Egyptian Wheat), lime peel, coriander, pink Himalayan salt, and small amounts of turmeric root, long pepper, and fenugreek. Drifting off with notes of lime, green apple, and a subtle sourness that bring you back into the moment, this session ale is the perfect beer for the perfect daydream.

A Berliner Weisse is a regional specialty of Berlin; referred to by Napoleon’s troops in 1809 as “the Champagne of the North” due to its lively and elegant character. It is low in alcohol, has a clean but fairly high sourness, with aromas of freshly mowed hay and subtle lemony character. Carbonation is also very high, making the beer very effervescent, reminiscent of champagne.

It is low in alcohol, has a clean but fairly high sourness, with aromas of freshly mowed hay and subtle lemony character. Carbonation is also very high, making the beer very effervescent, reminiscent of champagne. As is traditional, it can also be served with Himbeere (Raspberry)syrup the Raspberry syrup turns the beer slightly pink and are used to balance out some of the sourness with a bit of sweetness, if desired.
