It takes an award winning Belgian Witbier, a little bit of time, a whole lot of love and, most importantly, a mountain of local blueberries to make our favorite fruit beer, Blueberry Cottonmouth. Each year, around the end of the Florida blueberry harvest and the beginning of Summer, we meet up with a nice group of local blueberry farmers and bring in a mountain of their bounty… all for one batch of Florida’s fruit beer.

Indigenous to North Florida, it’s not hard to find this creature around the swamp. Its white head leaves wisps of lace on the glass and a subtle sweet finish. Indulge yourself with a home grown witbier brewed in the Belgian tradition. Cottonmouth is brewed using traditional witbier ingredients and a Belgian ale yeast. The result is a crisp and refreshing Belgian witbier with a delicate mix of fruity esters and spicy phenols.

You’ll find deep grapefruit and resinous citrus notes in the aroma, supported by a subtle but clean aroma of sweet grain. The hop flavor presents itself as resiny grapefruit and tropical fruit, with a subtle sweet cracker support from the grain. Firm bitterness and a clean, dry finish leave you ready for another sip… and very proud of the result of our hunt.

Growers were said to have burlap bags full of the Moonbeam strain along the waters edge, with roots literally dipping beyond the surface for unassuming sustenance. Reimagined as a beer, this Northeast Style IPA has a smooth presence with an intense, fresh aroma which lends to a whole lot of juicy hop dankness to be fired up about.

Quiet and sensual like a moonlit night, this complex blend of toasted oats, roasted barley, chocolate wheat malt and dark roast coffee imparts an intense aroma and complex flavor profile. We brew a traditional English style oatmeal stout with a rich malt profile, then add locally roasted coffee while this ale is cold conditioned.

They're proud that all of their hard work has ended up in our award winning honey cream ale. Wild Night is light and delicate, yet bursting with flavor.
