Phantasm is derived from New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc Grapes. Conceived as a way to inject punchy thiols (aromas & flavors) from natural sources. Phantasm is rich in thiol precursors, known for creating aromas of citrus, guava, and passion fruit, greatly elevating hop forward beers to a whole new level! Pours juicy gold. Intensely tropical aroma of passion fruit & grapefruit. An ultra-smooth, full bodied mouth-feel with enormous elements of citrus, coconut, passion fruit & grapefruit.
