The addition of 3 lbs per barrel the high impact flavor hop, “Galaxy” to the dry-hopping sessions provide an amazing citrus, peach and passionfruit flavors. London fog yeast has been added, providing a light haze to the appearance as well as adding more subtle fruity notes. Tropical island aromas dominate the nose, then lift you off to a far off galaxy of flavor!
