This beer was created to replicate a cocktail designed by our friends at Wicked Dolphin Distillery, Florida's Craft Rum! We brewed a sour beer with cranberries and limes and aged it in rum barrels provided by Wicked Dolphin Distillery. We then removed the beer from the barrels, added more cranberries and limes and then introduced cinnamon and ginger! Enjoy this very limited and new fall classic cocktail inspired beer!
