	Tarboro Brewing Co. - Chaiveza Choco Latte Style: Imperial Stout ABV: 9.20% Chaiveza Choco Latte, a Mexican-inspired Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with the Tarboro Coffee House. They cold brewed us a batch of their delicious coffee and we brewed it into this exotic stout adding cacao nibs, guajillo peppers, lactose and spices (hence the name).

Downtown Tarboro is one of our town’s greatest treasures. This spicy, estery brew is an ode to its Main Street. Vibrant in character much like the natives of Tarboro this beer has wonderful notes of dark fruit. Fig and raison shine through due to the copious amounts of Dark Candi Sugar added to this fantastic Belgian-style Dubbel Ale.

Cinnamon, coriander, and citrus rind, this beer screams summer, but we're not going to wait. All of the flavors are a showcase of the La Chouffe yeast as no spices have been added to the brew. Goes incredibly well with 60° days in February.

An excellent example of how we are still learning and growing by listening to our market and changing to meet the demand.

Is it homecoming weekend yet?!?? We’re getting closer and closer, and to celebrate one of our favorite times in Tarboro, we have brewed a beer named in its honor. It’s a juicy, hazy session IPA that brewed with Azacca, Nelson Sauvin, Calypso and Bravo hops. Pineapple and tropical fruit flavors are accented by hints of coconut derived from toasted rice.

Brewed with bartender Andy Harding, this lager is still surprisingly light in character and a great addition to any Fall lineup. Prost!

One of two remaining original town commons in the US, Tarboro’s Town Common serves as the gateway to the 45-block Historic District. Very clean, crisp flavor characteristics with a wonderful bready finish. This American Ale owes its malt profile to its English-style ale roots but gets its spicy, citrusy finish from hops of the U.S. of A.!
