Our founder and brewer, both being fans of 90's alternative hip hop, found inspiration from a particular time-traveling gynecologist and surgeon from the planet Jupiter. Blue Flowers is a barrage of fruit and flowers; blueberry, pomegranate, hibiscus, elderflower, honey, and the aptly named Lotus hops assemble to usher us into the brave new world of year five.

We took our base, carefully knitted imperial milk stout, Sweater Weather, and thought, this needs more vanilla! We added a second round of Ugandan vanilla, known for its earthy and milk-chocolate flavor, which complements the layers of roast and chocolate malts. We took our base, carefully knitted imperial milk stout, Sweater Weather, and said this probably needs more sugar character. We doubled up the dark crystal malts and added almost a hundred pounds of toffee to pile on the deep caramel flavors. We invite you to cozy up, take a few sips, and see how it warms you to the cockles of the heart, just like your favorite sweater.

Spring marks the return of this traditional Bavarian favorite. This golden, unfiltered beer will glisten in the sun as you are met with the pleasant aromas of banana and clove created by a unique strain of yeast. This unfiltered IPA is packed with citrus-forward hops, making it juicy yet approachable. We then aggressively dry-hopped it with more citrus hops and added guava juice to add layers of tropical and citrus notes with a subtle tanginess reminiscent of a mix between a ripe strawberry and a pink grapefruit.
