the imperial version of our low ABV Citra IPA Broz Day Off. Pale malt, a bunch of oats, and hopped exclusively and intensely with 100% Citra hops. Clocking in at 9%, this one is insane! Incredible aromatics of Lychee, tangerine, grapefruit peel, dankness, with an extremely similar flavor profile. Very low bitterness too. Perfect for when it's the Broz Night Out

Chubbles is our collaboration with our mates from the UK, Cloudwater Brew Co. Together we dreamt up a proper 10.9% triple IPA with 100% English malt, a ton of flaked oats, fermented with a specific English yeast, and hopped intensely with Galaxy, Citra, and El Dorado. Huge mouthfeel with a touch of sweetness. Mimics the mouthfeel/sweetness of actual orange juice(without the acidity). Proper mental aroma on this one too. Very pleased to share Chubbles with y'all!

Hopped with Citra, Enigma, Galaxy, Motueka, Nelson, Waimea, Amarillo, BRU-1, El Dorado, Nelson! On top of all of that we added in some Simcoe and Mosaic Cryo. Double Dry-hopped DIPA brewed with raw wheat, malted wheat, oats, + piles of fresh Citra, Galaxy, Simcoe, and Vic Secret. We threw some Citra and Simcoe Cryo in there for that extra boost of hop saturation without the bitterness. Tastes like you stuffed too many gushers in your mouth, grape flavored Big League Chew gum, and sweet tangerine slices.

DDH Hazy Double IPA brewed with a blend of base malts, flaked oats, and flaked wheat then heavily hopped with a complex blend of Citra, Galaxy, Enigma, Motueka, Kohatu, Amarillo and Mosaic hops. Hazy IPA with Citra and NZ Manilita from Freestyle Hops! This is a brand new hop that we are trialing as a part of their Freestyle Hop Research Collective. Hazy DIPA with Citra, Nelson and Mosaic hops. Brewed in collaboration with our longtime friends from the UK, Cloudwater, they released a version themselves! The V-series is a series of beers developed by Cloudwater over the years in which they conducted “”experiments across nearly all of the decision points in hoppy beer brewing.”” For this release we really wanted to focus on temperature modulation of the wort/beer throughout it’s fermentation. “”In V17 we have used temperature changes to produce both a cleaner, more precise, and simultaneously more juicy and fruity beer.

We know we say things like this a lot, but we genuinely believe this is one of our most impressive, elegant, soft, expressive hoppy beers to date. If you like whiteferrari, you will go insane for this 11% soft bomb.
