We developed this beer to emulate the flavors and characteristics of Cherry Pie. To achieve this, we brewed a Lager with Pilsner malt, wheat, and oats. Additions of brown sugar and a pinch of sugar accentuate the fresh, tart cherries. Essentially, we liquified the “All-American” dessert.
