Initially capturing aromas of black cherry and cedar, this wine is then rounded out with a bold finish derived from extensive oak aging in small French and American oak barrels. 	Townshend Cellars - Sauvignon Blanc Style: Sauvignon Blanc ABV: 13.40% Supple on the nose with notes of grapefruit, tart green apple and fresh soft wild flowers. Full and alive on the palate with refreshing citrus, grapefruit, lemon and mild saline. The finish shows notes of soft granite and basalt, with subtle notes of mild spice on its long and sustained finish.
