While most beers emulate citrus flavors with a careful blend of hops, we’ve literally added fruit to the mix by taking our IPA and adding pureed blood orange to give the IPA an extra punch. The pomegranate and raspberry qualities that blood oranges are known for marry exceptionally well with the new school American hop profile of IPAs, producing one of the most interesting and just plain fun beers we’ve ever crafted.

Bloomer’s Cut IPA is a collaboration we did with Final Gravity for the opening on 11/6 of their new Auburn location. Bloomer’s Cut is an all base malt IPA at 7.5% ABV. Hopped generously with Amarillo, Cascade, Mosaic and Citra hops. The name refers to the combining of old and new like Final Gravity is doing with its Roseville and Auburn locations.

Don’t be fooled by Daylight Amber Ale’s easy-going name. This not-so-typical Amber Ale has a slight up-front bitterness that fades into a malt body influenced by caramel and toast flavors, which are more typical of an Amber Ale. Too firmly hopped to be a pure Amber Ale and too malty to be an IPA, Daylight gives hop-heads something to sip with a little more character than your typical Amber Ale.

Track 7 Brewing Co. - Hoppy Palm
Style: American Pale Ale
ABV: 5.70% IBU: 40.0

During hop selection, a brewer will rub hops between his or her hands to tease out the aromatic qualities of a particular lot. During the 2013 hop selection in Moxee, WA both Ryan and Geoff walked away with green, sticky, hoppy palms. The name stuck. Hoppy Palm is an American Pale Ale with light body, minimal sweetness and aggressively dry-hopped. The hop profile features citrus notes from Cascade and tropical notes from Galaxy hops.

	Track 7 Brewing Co. - KOS Juicy IPA Style: American IPA ABV: 7.40% Kos Juicy IPA! We brewed it with Kveik: a yeast strain traditionally used by Norwegian farmhouse brewers ?? The result is a big stonefruit aroma with notes of yellow peach ??, melon, passionfruit, and a touch of red apple and strawberry in the flavor. Hopped with generous amounts of Galaxy and Citra.

Nuttin' But a Fluff Thang - Kettle Sour Ale with Tart Cherry, Banana, Peanut Butter, Vanilla, Marshmallow, Graham Cracker & Lactose is our latest imaginative collaboration with our buddies @grainsofvirtue. This kettle sour is based on a Fluffer Nutter sandwich, where you slather two slices of bread with peanut butter and marshmallow creme. We took the Fluffer Nutter to another level with the addition of tangy cherry, smooth banana, and rich peanut butter & vanilla. Graham cracker was deliberately incorporated to give it the bready quality of a traditional Fluffer Nutter. The aroma will transport you back to flipping open your school lunch box and catching that first whiff.
