A few weeks ago we did a virtual collaboration with our buddy Marco at Unseen Creatures. We had a great time catching up and crafting a mixed culture sour. We took a quick mix approach and co-fermented warm with kveik and lacto cultures, and conditioned on coconut macaroon and heavy cherry purée. Conditioned to spritzy levels.
