Peach Mead. During a late summer raid in France the alchemist came across a bushel of peaches. After a hard day of raiding, the sweet refreshing flavor of the peaches inspired him to create this lightly flavored blush mead. Light, crisp and lively, this mead is perfect for sipping on the porch on a warm lazy summer afternoon. With or with out the raiding.

ABV: 11.00%

Blueberry Mead The Moon Road. Blueberries handpicked by shield maidens under the full moon using only the reflection of the deep almost purple shimmering waters of the fjords inspired the Alchemist. As he saw baskets overflowing with this perfect little berry he decided to to take his now perfected Solifaction mead and steep it with those berries to allow them to impart all their sweet flavors. Serve chilled like the crisp air of the starlit night in the north.

	Viking Alchemist Meadery - Skol Style: Mead ABV: 11.00% Cherry Mead "Fill the honeyed beverage high; fill the skulls tis Odins cry" - The battle cry of the Vikings. The Alchemist was inspired when given a bushel of sweet cherries as the rich, dark red and sultry sweetness of cherries is reminiscent of the battlefield after the sweetness of victory. SKOL!

	Viking Alchemist Meadery - Solifaction Style: Mead ABV: 11.00% To Make Gold: For the Alchemist, this was the ultimate quest: to turn base metals into gold. For the Viking Alchemist, it is taking simple honey, water and yeast and turning them into the golden nectar you have before you. Off dry it is reminiscent of a dry Riesling served slightly chilled. enjoy!
