For Brambleberry Sour We blended over 1,500 lbs of whole raspberries (you should see the size of our immersion blender), which were added directly to the fermenter near the end of fermentation, then we added nearly 1,000 lbs of blackberry puree directly to the brite tank! The result is a beer that could replace your morning fruit smoothie.
