For Cereal Keller, the newest release in our Back to Basics series, we tweaked our Keller Pils recipe and added nearly 15% flaked corn to the mash and dialed back the hops a touch to produce an even smoother, more complex beer. Brewed with Pilsner malt, Halltertauer Mittelfrueh hops, and fermented cold, Cereal Keller is our take on the classic unfiltered lager, featuring a crisp, flavorful malt character and just enough hops to balance.
