Bursting with bright, ripe blackberries and just enough tartness to keep things interesting, Double Blackberry Berliner is our latest color-outside-the-lines kettle sour. We threw out the rule book and added lactose for body and an absurd amount of blackberry purée, resulting in a flavorful, complex, and surprisingly drinkable fruited sour that defies seasonality.
