Fruity Bits Lemon Meringue opens with bright, juicy, sweet lemons and lemons and lemon zest and finishes with sweet, creamy, vanilla and just enough hop bitterness for balance. We accentuated the soft, creamy mouthfeel characteristic of a New England-style IPA with lactose, oat milk and vanilla beans to mimic the flavor and texture of lemon custard and meringue.
