Gold Medal at 2015 Denver INternational Beer Competition. We set out to craft the perfect IPA, we knew we had to use the best varietals available, and lots of them. We use more than 3 pounds of hops per barrel in our IPA with Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoe comprising the majority of those lending a huge, juicy, bright citrus hop flavor and aroma.
