Another ale in our cocktail series Coquito is inspired by the spiced Puerto Rican cocktail. In order to create a beer that embraces the wonderful flavors of this drink we used loads of coconut and cinnamon with a touch of vanilla and nutmeg in this malt-forward brown ale.
