This Canvas Series sour is a cherry bomb, pre-fruited with over one pound per gallon of tart montmorency cherries and post-fruited with one and a half pounds per gallon of balaton cherries. Aged in Wine, Bourbon, Gin, Rum Brandy & Pink Tequila barrels for 18 months.
