Our Wölffer No. 139 Ciders evoke the style, sophistication and spirit of summer in the Hamptons. Our beloved classic cider recipe is infused with herbal extracts curated and blended by Mab & Stoke for a perfect balance between nature and its delicate flavors. It achieves a wonderful herbaceous and fruitful smooth taste to the palate. The herbs used in the recipe include Ginger, Lemon Balm, Elderberry, Pomegranate, Dandelion Root, and Turmeric.

Wolffer Estate Vineyard - Dry Rose Cider
Style: Cider
ABV: 6.90%

Rosier and slightly sweeter than our white cider due to a small addition of red grape skin extract. Clear with a subtle blush, our rosé cider gives aromas of fresh-picked apple and lilac with hints of strawberries and yeast. The mouth-feel is light, lively and fresh. On the palate, classic hard cider characteristics—crisp-tart acidity, a refreshing CO2 mousse, bright fruit and a hint of sweetness—balance beautifully.

	Wolffer Estate Vineyard - Dry White Cider Style: Cider ABV: 6.90% IBU: 10.0 Apples - 26% Braeburn, 17% Gold Rush, 15% Cameo, 9% Fuji, 8% Pink Lady, 8% Jonagold, 6% Granny Smith, 5% Golden Delicious, 3% NY2 and 3% Idared, grown by the Halseys of White Cap Farm in Bridgehampton. Cote de Blanc wine yeast. Force carbonated.

	Wolffer Estate Vineyard - Red Cider Style: Cider ABV: 6.90% This chilled dry red has beautiful aromatic notes of raspberry, black currant, and blackberry with lively acidity and a clean finish. Cherry red in color, there is a refreshing hint of lemons. The cider is elegant and playful with beautiful balance between the fine tannins and juicy fruit.
