We load it up what some call the star of holidays (while others say, don't let that near my plate Susan!), cranberry before adding orange and vanilla for body and depth. To close out this cozy, winter foursome we add a kiss of cinnamon to warm your glass.

Cobbler Style Pastry Sour with Boysenberry, Lemon, Graham Cracker and Vanilla So we just found out that people create fake accounts online and then create fake high ratings. We then found out that our brewery apparently benefits from these fake high ratings. At least, that is what one person on Untappd said, so in typical YB fashion, we named a beer after them. This cobbler inspired sour is loaded up with hundreds of pounds of Boysenberry and Lemon which we then kiss with graham cracker and vanilla. The result is dessert in a glass, with enough citrusy tang to balance out the summer berry sweetness of the Boysenberry.

Cobbler style Sour ale with Peach, Apricot, Vanilla and Graham Cracker Butterburgers, cheese curds and finishing it all off with a flavor of the day. One scoop, two blue spoons. Does it get any more romantic than that? I mean probably, but you take what you can get some days. This sour is inspired by a peach pie, topped off with a big ole scoop of frozen vanilla custard courtesy of the Blue Apron Squad. To our sour base, we pack in vanilla before resting on pounds of real peach and apricot as well as graham crackers.

New England Double IPA double dry hopped with Citra, Summit and Strata weird food trivia Funfetti was originally created in 1989 as yellow cake with rainbow sprinkles mixed into the batter, spawned everything from Dunka-roos to funfetti croissants. We want to pitch the funfetti chalupa to any up and coming Mexican restaurant chains listening out there. Take a chance Del Taco. What do you get when you cross super dank tropical smoothie with herbaceous and lively spice? The tasting notes from the dry hopping of Strata. Summit and Citro in this New England style Double IPA.

We adore Idaho 7 at YBBC and the notes from this lovely hop pungent papaya and ruby red grapefruit Sundays are matched perfectly by resinous tea leaves leaving Idaho 7 as the star in this hazy, juice bomb of a brew.

Belgian Witbier steeped with Lemon and Ginger Art class was just the best huh? Spinning random things on the clay wheel that kind of sort ended up in cylindrical shape? Paper mache dolphins that ended up looking more like a banana than a fish. The quality of the output didn't matter. Just doing it was the fun. This witbier starts out loaded up with white wheat and fermented with our favorite Belgian farmhouse yeast that presents with loads of clove and orange spice. Then we load up the kettle with tons of lemon zest and ginger for a crisp and refreshing take on this style perfect for crushing on a patio in the late spring sun.
