Attimo was created by Jon Schlegel, a restaurateur from Denver. While living abroad in Northern Italy he saw an opportunity to secure some of the best grapes in the world and create his own wine as well as fulfilling his dream of creating a bridge between Piedmont and the US . After his time in Piedmont he started this project with a promise to deliver credible, delicious, value-based wines.
