Our house saison with an addition of "Caribbean Dream" tea blend we picked up in York, England. Caribbean Dream is a delicious blend of black and green tea with grapefruit pieces and red peppercorns. We also threw in some orange peel and rose hips to finish off this beautiful summertime saison.
