The Bright and Clear DIPA. The mysterious third Tolson brother, Trevor, paid us a visit and brewed this dazzling Double IPA! Look for notes of tropical fruit like pineapple and guava with a citrus backbone, courtesy of Citra and Vic Secret hops… Yep, it’s clearer than a milkshake and brighter than the sun on a rainy day. 	Amor Artis - Caribbean Dream Saison Style: Farmhouse Ale - Saison ABV: 6.30% Our house saison with an addition of "Caribbean Dream" tea blend we picked up in York, England. Caribbean Dream is a delicious blend of black and green tea with grapefruit pieces and red peppercorns. We also threw in some orange peel and rose hips to finish off this beautiful summertime saison.

	Amor Artis - Carter Volume 3 Style: American IPA ABV: 6.10% IBU: 59.0 This is Tha Carter III. It has the same malt bill as the previous Carter IPAs, but this time we dry hopped with Galaxy, Motueka, and Lemon Drop hops. The result is a mellow, smooth IPA with pineapple, floral, and citrus notes.

ABV: 5.20% IBU: 17.0

What's even better than drinking a Belgian on a hot summer day? Drinking a Dry Hopped Belgian on a hot summer day. This brew has a very simple malt bill of Pilsner and white wheat. We then dry hopped it with Saaz, Hallertau Blanc and Mosaic. The result is a smooth Belgian with notes of tropical fruits like pineapple, grapefruit, and mango.

Amor Artis - Just the Spruce Tip
Style: American Pale Ale
ABV: 6.50% IBU: 30.0

This was a collaboration brew with Birds Fly South. We used 30lbs of spruce tips on the hot side in the brew kettle and used just a little bit of Centennial and Chinook to get some IBU's. You will get a slight haze from a little bit of flaked oats we used in the malt bill. We let this beer free ride during fermentation, starting at 72 degrees and rose to 83 degrees. Flavors you get are lemon, grass, and light citrus.

	Amor Artis - Slightly Strawberry Tripel Style: Belgian Tripel ABV: 9.50% IBU: 26.0 A classic Belgian Tripel that was fermented with Belgian strong yeast. Tripels tend to lean on the sweet side, so we added 40 pounds of green strawberries for an acidic backbone. A slightly strawberry finish rounds out this seasonal brew.

We named this beer after the people that roasted it. The malt bill is Maris Otter, golden naked oats, flaked barley and crystal light. Looks like a blonde drinks like a coffee. Cheers.

	Amor Artis - Winter Shorts Style: Schwarzbier ABV: 6.50% A dark lager brewed during the fall for those dark and cold days up ahead in the winter. We used chocolate malts, midnight wheat, carafa special III and a hint of smoked malts. Look for a crisp lager taste with hints of roast, chocolate and just a touch of smoke. Like all of our lagers, this was lagered for 30 days after fermentation.
