This is in honor of our head brewer's son Carter, who weighed 6lbs 1oz when he was born. A true brewery baby. This will be a rotating series where we will use the same malt base but rotate the hops. This beer was dry hopped with equal amounts of Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Pacific Jade.
