A blonde ale brewed with coco nibs and then dry hopped with 6lbs of coffee from our neighbors in Waxhaw. We named this beer after the people that roasted it. The malt bill is Maris Otter, golden naked oats, flaked barley and crystal light. Looks like a blonde drinks like a coffee. Cheers.
