This Apricot Chamomile Sour's life began more than two years ago as a "Belgian Quad" that we then aged with Brett and fresh juicy Apricots. Adding to its complexity, we took it a step further and steeped it with Egyptian Chamomile, creating a unique herbal stone fruit aroma balanced with light maltiness and approachable acidity.
