Our inaugural Fruited Gose started with a simple grist of Pilsner, Wheat, and Caramel Wheat malts, along with a complex blend of Sea Salts and Coriander, and just a little Lactose for balance. We then conditioned it on an quarrelsome amount of Peach and Blackberry, giving it a truly exemplary rounded finish.
