“Never Ending Sky” is our take on a classic German Helles, and we're floating high on this one. Mashed with 100% Riverbend Pale Pilsner and hopped aggressively with Hallertauer Mittelfruh and Pacifica. Fermented low and slow with our House Lager yeast, spunded for 100% natural carbonation, and Lagered in a Horizontal Tank for many moons. You know how we do. Notes of Haribo gummies, a mouthful of soup crackers, fresh-cut grass, a lovely floral bouquet from that special someone, followed by a soft and snappy wave of straw, melon rind, and sunshine. Light, fruity, crisp, and crushable.
