Earthbound Brewing - Mahlab
Style: Extra Special Bitter
ABV: 5.80% IBU: 37.0

A bready, spicy ESB brewed with biscuit malt and citra and nelson sauvin hops. The addition of the Turkic spice mahlab (the pits of St. Lucie cherries) to the mash adds a perfume, spice-bread like aroma and a nutty, sweet-tart flavor that blends with the bready, toasty malt and the bright fruitiness of the hops to create a truly complex and enjoyable beer. Earthbound Brewing - Rosemary Juniper
Style: Pale Ale
ABV: 6.20% IBU: 25.0

An incredibly full-bodied pale ale brewed with modified and unmodified rye, along with centennial hops. Instead of a final hop addition we add crushed juniper berries and bruised rosemary stalks to add a dry, complex herbal bouquet to the beer. The rosemary adds a fantastic "woodiness" and the juniper adds a refreshing "snap" to the finish.
