A bready, spicy ESB brewed with biscuit malt and citra and nelson sauvin hops. The addition of the Turkic spice mahlab (the pits of St. Lucie cherries) to the mash adds a perfume, spice-bread like aroma and a nutty, sweet-tart flavor that blends with the bready, toasty malt and the bright fruitiness of the hops to create a truly complex and enjoyable beer.
