Oviedo Brewing Company - Boom!
Style: Blonde Ale
ABV: 5.00% IBU: 20.0

This lighter bodied blonde ale was brewed with those hot tailgate and outdoor adventure days in mind. Fairly clean malt bill of 2-row pale malt base with a touch of honey, carapils, and white wheat malt to round out the bready sweet side of things. Three separate hop additions during the boil of Warrior, Cascade and Willamette impart some slight bitterness and warm fruitlike aroma and flavors in the finish.

Oviedo Brewing Company - DeKnightful
Style: Belgian Tripel
ABV: 9.40%

Traditional Belgian style Tripel Ale, brewed with all premium pilsner malt, a touch of aromatic malt and dextrose. Trappist ale yeast was chosen for fermentation to bring out those Belgian golden ale esters of spice, slight bubble gum and clove. Brewed in honor of our Knights here in Central Florida because they always makes us feel so DeKnightful!!

	Oviedo Brewing Company - HopTruck NEIPA Style: IPA - New England / Hazy ABV: 6.00% Hop Truck is a New England style IPA featuring probably two of the most popular hops in the craft beer industry, Citra and Mosiac. We were very lucky to have our friends at Land Grant Brewing up in Columbus Ohio let go of some of their precious resin nuggets for this brew. Juicy, tropical fruit and fun.

	Oviedo Brewing Company - Kali Style: American IPA ABV: 6.50% IBU: 65.0 California West Coast style IPA featuring Amarillo, Centennial and Cascade hops. Bready pale malt base with a hint of caramel malt create a smooth balance between bitter and sweet. Simple clean and refreshing.

Oviedo Brewing Company - Lights Out IPA
Style: Black IPA
ABV: 7.50% IBU: 70.0

So, what exactly is a Black IPA? First of all, it’s a dark beer if you hadn’t already guessed; the malt bill will lend itself to a liquid that’s anywhere from very dark brown to jet black. That’s the black bit. The IPA part comes from the generally hoppy quality of the beer, often from the use of American hop varieties, like your typical modern IPA. It really is as simple as that. The Black IPA is more than just a hoppy beer that’s dark in color, though. The darker malts lend roasted flavors that often work in contrast with the floral, citric and piney flavors of the hops.

Style: Seasonal
ABV: 4.80% IBU: 19.0

An undeniable recreation of a festive, traditional and celebrated lager. Luminous amber in color with a brilliant glassy translucence. Our Oktoberfest is a highly quaffable malt forward lager. A foundation of Vienna, Bonlander Munich, Melanoidin, and Carapils malts invite you to a warming reminiscence of beer times past. A touch of German noble Perle hops lend the appropriate balance and slight spice notes, rounding everything out respectively. This is Oviedo brewing’s first lager release and we are very excited to share it with you. Prost to Oktoberfest!!

Oviedo Brewing Company - On Par Ale
Style: American Pale Ale
ABV: 5.30% IBU: 37.0

On Par pale ale is an American pale ale brewed with focus on balance between malt sweetness, hop bitterness and aroma. Slight caramel and toffee notes from the Caramel 40 malt, un-fermentable dextrins from the Carapils malt and proteins from malted white wheat provide the sweetness needed to balance out the bitter side of things. Bitterness is provided by a 60 min addition of Warrior hops during the boil. Cascade hops are utilized at various points during the boil, whirlpool and dry hop along with EL-Dorado and Sequoia in dry hopping to impart the familiar tropical west coast pale ale flavors and aromas of sticky pine resin and citrus/tropical fruit. 	Oviedo Brewing Company - Oviedo-Zen Style: Hefeweizen ABV: 5.40% IBU: 13.0 Southern German style Hefeweizen brewed like it has been for ages. 50/50 wheat and pale malt build the foundation on which German hefe yeast constructs it's house of banana and clove. Clean, Crisp and refreshing.

	Oviedo Brewing Company - Profit Prophecy Style: Pilsner - German ABV: 5.30% All pilsner malt base with a touch of flaked rice and dextrin malt create the base recipe for this German Style pilsner. Bittering addition of German Perle hops add a slight spicey character to the finish. Crispy, assertive and sharp. Great palate cleanser.

Reef rash tells a story of good times had with good friends at an epic beer fest that is hosted by Intracoastal brewing in Melbourne, FL every year. This pilsner style beer is brewed with lots of bready pilsner malt to build up a warming high abv crusher that is also dry hopped with a very fragrant and aromatic German callista hop.

A collaboration between Oviedo Brewing Company and Rock and Brew on a peach sour beer involves both establishments working together to create a unique fun drinking beer. The peach sour beer may feature notes of tartness and sweetness from the peaches. This beer is a limited edition and is only available at both Oviedo Brewing Company and Rock and Brew locations.

Oviedo Brewing Company - You Stole My U-Boats
Style: Lager
ABV: 6.60% IBU: 45.0

Have you ever been accused of stealing your neighbor’s u-boats? Well we have, and it’s not the German submersible watercraft like we originally thought. Much like our U-Boat debacle, this is not the German lager that you thought it would be. After hours of Google research, we get it. Once these bold accusations subsided, our egos were crushed so we decided to brew something that we would crush instead. Consisting of a bready Pilsner base, German Herkules for that bitter feeling, Hallertau Blanc to sound fancy and American Cascade because it’s good. Clean fermented, musky white grape, pine sap aroma and flavor; this hoppy lager carries quite a bit of baggage.
