This Belgian-style, Sour Witbier has been brewed in collaboration with John's Grocery, an Iowa City tradition since 1948. This brew starts with pale malted barley, wheat and oats and is first kettle-soured before finishing fermentation with Belgian yeast. Coriander and orange peel complement the yeast esters with a spicy, citrus character. Here's a toast to all the generations who have paved the way for beer.
