Style: Imperial Stout
ABV: 11.50% IBU: 87.0

This decadent dessert stout was aged in freshly emptied bourbon barrels that imparted wonderful notes of oak, vanilla, and just the right amount of bourbon flavor. Generous amounts of toasted coconut, cacao, and pecans were infused into the beer, creating an aroma and flavor of chocolate, coconut, cinnamon, vanilla, pecans, and guilt. Indulge yourself!

Floral, tropical, and resinous, the Moore IPA is brewed using a technique called “hop bursting,” creating massive aroma and flavor with a smooth, rounded bitterness. Notes of pear from the Burton yeast subtly compliment the Mosaic, Centennial, and Chinook hops. It has a mouthwatering haze from the extreme amount of hops used in the beer, reminiscent of a New England IPA.

This Fruited Session New England Pale Ale was inspired by one of our favorite fall desserts, Pear Ginger Crisp! First brewed with oats, wheat, and a bit of lactose and ginger, it was then fermented on 500 lbs of pears. Generously hopped with Calypso, El Dorado, and a touch of Sorachi Ace, it is bursting with pear aroma and flavor and just the right amount of ginger kick.
