Enjoy our juicy collaboration with Hey Beer Bottle Shop! We used healthy additions of Simcoe and Mosaic hop extract in the kettle, fermented with an English yeast strain, and dry hopped it with Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra. Aroma and flavor of guava and tropical fruits paired with zested lime. Cheers on two years!
