	Verboten Brewing - Blackberry Serrano Little Nonsense Style: Imperial Stout ABV: 11.00% IBU: 39.0 We took a portion of Little Nonsense, bourbon barrel-age Imperial Oatmeal Stout, and added blackberries and serrano peppers. We did this in honor of our brewers favorite Noosa yogurt flavor!

	Verboten Brewing - Blood Orange Silent Guardian Style: Imperial IPA ABV: 9.50% IBU: 100.0 Our seasonal Imperial IPA is made with Golden Promise and a touch of Munich 10. It is hopped with CTZ, Eureka and Citra starting in the mash and ending during whirlpool. With almost 4 lbs of hops per barrel, and dry hopped twice for intense flavors of citrus, pine, and tropical fruits.

Verboten Brewing - Hop Crush 2.0
Style: American IPA
ABV: 6.20% IBU: 66.0

This is a New England/Vermont style IPA that is made using a hopping technique of adding most of the hop additions, of tropical varieties, after the boil during a long period in which the beer is whirlpooled. Dry hopped once during fermentation and once after, this beer is cloudy due to the haze all these late hops give it.

	Verboten Brewing - Just For Explorers Style: Milkshake IPA ABV: 5.80% IBU: 59.0 Coconut Milkshake IPA. Made with Lactose, Oats, and wheat. Dry hopped with 4lbs per barrel of Zythos, Cascade and Simcoe. We then added toasted coconut for a tropical twist on this Milkshake IPA.

	Verboten Brewing - Maiden of the Woods Style: Saison ABV: 9.00% IBU: 38.0 Made with Belgian malts and fermented with a Belgian yeast, this Imperial strength classic Saison has malty breadiness that finishes with stone fruits and spicy notes from the Belgian yeast. We then aged it 6 months in Zinfandel barrels.

	Verboten Brewing - Run By Fruiting: Mango Style: Kettle Sour ABV: 7.00% IBU: 21.0 Assistant Brewer Eric Brooks creation inspired by an Indian Lassi drink. This is a hazy "milky" kettle sour, that is actually soured with lactobacillus from an Indian Lassi. Also made with lactose, cardamom and this version has natural mango puree.

Verboten Brewing - Somebody to Love
Style: Brut IPA
ABV: 6.80% IBU: 47.0

This hybrid IPA that originated in San Francisco, is made with wheat, oats, and flaked rice. All hops were added after the boil: Galaxy, Citra, Hallertau Blanc, and Azacca for notes of gooseberry, pear, tangerines, and guava. We then fermented the beer to be super dry or "brut", with no sugar left for a champagne-like mouthfeel.
