The players were so durable and tough that they earned the nickname "Ironmen." This copper hued, malt-forward amber ale is named in honor of those gridiron legends.

	Big Grove Brewery - Burch the Bear Style: Brown Ale ABV: 5.20% Honey and chocolate malts build this American Brown Ale's beautiful mahogany hue and garnet highlights on the edges. Begins with a sweet toffee, bittersweet chocolate, and toasted hazelnut flavors, then finishing with the Centennial's characteristic lemon and citrus zest. Carmel to copper in color, with soft candied date and light toffe malt notes. Hops are the big c's: Columbus, centennial, chinook and cascade. It's mashed hopped, first wort hopped, and over-hopped.

Big Grove in Solon Iowa continues to bring the funk with this sour gose beer.A large proportion of malted wheat goes into the beginning mash that creates a cloudy golden hue, coriander for some subtle spice, and salt that adds a mouth watering finish to soften the dryness. Sour kettled with Lacto and pitched with Brett in fermentation that adds a bouquet of tropical fruit and funkiness
