Death is the first of the Hopocalypse series. It is a classic San Diego style dipa. Carmel to copper in color, with soft candied date and light toffe malt notes. Hops are the big c's: Columbus, centennial, chinook and cascade. It's mashed hopped, first wort hopped, and over-hopped.
