	Clinch River Brewing - Black Dragon Style: Blonde ABV: 4.50% IBU: 19.0 The bready, biscuity malt backbone gives a perfect stage for the depth of the oolong tea. The oolong tea gives just the right amount of herbal background and the jasmine gives it a great aroma. To round all of that out we gave it a healthy shot of hops to gove this blonde ale a soft apricot note.

	Clinch River Brewing - Bourbon Barrel Brown Style: Brown Ale ABV: 8.00% IBU: 23.0 So nice we had to do it twice! We loved our first iteration of the Bourbon Barrel Brown, so we took the same flagship brown and added it to the same Jim Beam barrels as our 2017 version and aged it for 9 months. The result is a hearty, oak filled brown with a more subtle touch of bourbon.

	Clinch River Brewing - Clinch River Monster Style: Scottish Export Ale ABV: 5.50% IBU: 29.0 This beer is driven by a rich, toasty, caramelly malt presence and is balanced by an estery yeast character. Think ladyfingers with a touch of earthy and citrusy hop character. Medium bodied and moderate ABV make this bar staff collab a pleasing "monster" of a beer!

	Clinch River Brewing - Dream Valley Style: Wet Hop IPA ABV: 7.00% IBU: 35.0 This hazy, thick beer is a bouquet of hops, that give you kiwi, red ruby grapefruit and a dose of that earthy and grassy flavor from Wet Hop Cascade (which is grown not that far from the brewery by our friends at Valley Dream Farm).

	Clinch River Brewing - Et Tu Fruite Style: New England IPA ABV: 6.10% This NEIPA is bright and fruity with a generous dose of guava puree! The mosaic and huell melon hops provide a punchy juicy fruit flavor, and the nugget and columbus balance that with herbal and citrus qualities. Crisp tropical citrus paired with a smooth mouth feel creates a sessionable flavor bomb.

Clinch River Brewing - Hefewiesel
Style: Hefeweizen
ABV: 4.30% IBU: 17.0

Made using a special Hefeweizen yeast that isolates the banana and pear like esters and excludes any phenolic character from the yeast, this light drinking wheat beer combines a lightly toasted bread quality with notes of banana runts from the yeast and a rounded, creamy strawberry flavor from the Sabro and Styrian Wolf hops. We also included a hefty dose of Honey malt to accentuate the soft fruit flavors, resulting in a color slightly darker than a traditional Hefeweizen.

	Clinch River Brewing - Runt Punch Style: American IPA ABV: 7.20% IBU: 39.0 This mouthful of an IPA is made with Bananza yeast and Citra, El Dorado, Styrian Wolf, Sabro, and Cryo POP hops. The yeast provides an hint of banana runts, which is then supported by the bright tropical and red berry flavors from the hops.

With aromas of bright grapefruit and flavors of pine, resin, grapefuit, lemon, and light melon this IPA packs a higher perception of bitterness, a clean fermentation profile, and lets these bright punchy hops shine.
