The bready, biscuity malt backbone gives a perfect stage for the depth of the oolong tea. The oolong tea gives just the right amount of herbal background and the jasmine gives it a great aroma. To round all of that out we gave it a healthy shot of hops to gove this blonde ale a soft apricot note.
