The great state of North Carolina is known for its friendly people, beautiful mountains, incredible beer scene and now... a Tarheel Unidragon. For this beer, we used Heritage and Carolina Rye malt from Riverbend Malt house in Asheville to brew a new version of Blaecorn Unidragon, and aged it in bourbon barrels.
