This is our first Brut IPA, a new style created by the Social Brewery brewlord Kim Sturdavant! In pursuit of a more drinkable hop delivery system, we sculpted a beer with big effervescence and super light malt character. The addition of the enzyme amaylase dries this beer further out than anyone thought possible until all that’s left in your mouth is a bubbly blast of melon and white grape from the El Dorado and Hallertau Blanc hops!
