	Holy City Brewing - Unbridled Enthusiasm Style: Wheat Ale ABV: 5.40% We start off with pale and wheat malts, and hop the beer with Citra to give an otherwise mellow wheat beer a citrus twang and some hop bite. We also added Citra hop oil when we transferred the beer from the fermentation vessels to the brite tanks, to give this beer even more delicious citrus aromatics and flavor.
